RCEM is inviting applications for a new Senior EDI Education Officer to join our Education team. This pivotal role will lead and coordinate initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the College’s educational activities—helping to create fairer training cultures and reduce differential attainment.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, experience in education or project coordination, and a passion for inclusive practice. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the GMC to deliver impactful EDI-focused programmes and support the College’s strategic goals.
18 months fixed term.
